Booked the 3pm paragliding for Saturday July 02, 2022 but got a call from the instructor that it was too windy to fly that day. He told me to file a refund through True Adventure and that is all I need to do. I did that on July 15 after my Iceland trip and the office administer, called Asa, emailed me back refund on its way through a 3rd party vendor called Saltpay. Nothing has happened for 3 weeks and I emailed back to Asa. Asa initiated another refund on Aug. 8, 2022 and I still haven't received any refund. I then emailed back to Asa on Aug. 30, 2022 and haven't heard anything back. Can't believe that you need to spend so much time to chase a refund.

Wonderful and exciting . The guy's are kind, professional and caring The paragliding was fantastic and much easier than I had expected. So True Adventure for me and lots of thanks for it. and hopefully I will visit them again
