There are hundreds of wineries in Sonoma and Napa counties, but Williamson is unique. It offers excellent wine paired with delicious food. That’s not unique, but what makes Williamson special is its U-Tube cooking videos for club members and special spices it sells in partnership with an Australian company. So, you can buy the wine and spices, and take cooking classes online. Did I mention their wine and food are really good? More in photos!

We had a very nice wine and food tasting at Williamson. A very nice variety of mainly red wines perfectly matching the food (or vice versa). During the wet days in Sonoma county during January 2023, this was a welcoming event. Also the cosy village was worth a walk through. Strongly recommended. George (from Canada) was our host, who did a great job

This is a place my wife wanted to go to. I had no idea why she chose this tasting room, until I experienced it with her! From a fun and educational experience, there is none better. The owners seem to have immigrated to the US from Australia quite a few years ago. They brought their love for wine and great food pairings with them. The Williamson Wines experience is quite unique, and our "guide" was exceptional in describing it to us. He shared the food and wine pairings in a real and understandable way to us. The Williamson Wines way is unique, but makes a lot of sense. They not only sell wines, but seasoning packets as well. These "packets" are meant to explain and meld the taste of their wines to actual flavors of the food that pairs perfectly with "their" wines. Great marketing on their part! I actually bought more "seasoning packets" from them than I did their wine. Yes, I really liked their wines; but as a cook I could envision utilizing their seasonings in other opportunities that made sense to me. My wife and I truly loved Williamson Wines, and would definitely go there again!
