We had the best time with Mario! He gave us a great city tour, with delicious wine and history and stories behind Vienna and Austrian wine. The pace was great, relaxing and not rushed but we still covered a lot. We got lost on the way to the meeting place and we’re very late, but he patiently waited for us and helped us find our way. Thank you Mario for a wonderful tour, I would recommend this to anyone visiting Vienna!

Durch einen Fehler unsererseits, haben wir die Führung auf englisch gebucht. Für unseren Guide gar kein Problem: er führte sie auf deutsch durch. Sehr kurzweilige Führung. Der Guide verfügt über fundiertes Wissen, das er auch amüsant rüberbrachte. Wir hätten gern mit ihm am Folgetag eine weitere Führung angeschlossen, aber er war - na klar - bereits ausgebucht.

This tour is really a brilliant idea - combining history and wine! I learned about the fascinating history of Austrian wine, and visited some important landmarks in central Vienna (including a cool, underground cellar-turned-pub with live music). Mario is as knowledgeable as he is friendly, about both history AND wine! He let me guide my wine tasting and curated some great selections, after a lovely sunset walk. I wish more cities had something like this.
