Driver was 20 Minutes late. All 3 Emergency numbers on the voucher were not active, either not reachable at all or from a former employee. Once we found the driver everything worked out as expected.

Airport pickup: Ive been looking for the signage with my name on it for more than 30 minutes. I have to call the emergency hotline to let them know we already arrived.

They sent us a very big van good for 12 pax even if we were only 5 pax! it was a very big van and we were so happy about the big van they sent us really big and nice so all our 5 pieces of luggages and 4 carry ons fitted well in the big van. Because if they sent us an ordinary van it would have been very hard to fit in our luggages. The person who fetched us inside the airport was very nice too and our driver as well. We are very happy with this service!
