As other reviews mention Max is on top of the details from start to finish. After booking my trip I got a message from Max outlining the itinerary and what if any special requests I have. He then chatted with me after the trip to make sure I was happy. My guide was Imran Khan. He made the trip truly special. He had a great wealth of knowledge of the sites and was passionate about making sure I had the best experience possible. Imran was extremely polite and conscious (grabbing me beverages, pointing out tripping hazards and organizing the path through the sites to see the best views while avoiding the crow). Highly recommend!

We used Max for several services - for a pick up from Agra train station - which if you’ve been there you will know it is difficult to navigate and avoid scams but it was smooth running with Max’s services. We also stayed at Max Guest House (10/10 experience) and then opted for a day trip to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Everything was perfect and punctual which was important for us as we were short on time. We then used Max for a taxi to Jaipur - again on time and comfortable safe ride. Couldn’t recommend enough if you want honest prices and reliable services.
