Taxi was really old and grubby, driver had bad body odour. Would have thought better of Viatour - my previous experiences have been positive.

This is awful experience. Nobody showed up at air port. Called Viattor and local number provided. Responded agent at local contact diverted to another number and no response from there. Wasted a couple of hours for ground transport booked, after long journey from USA to India Bangalore. Took local transport after realizing no body is going to make it happen. Family is out side and everybody is angry and Zero rating for service booked. As service is not provided I would like to get back my money and penalty fro causing lot of inconvenience and family at risk near Bangalore airport. Please contact me for any more details.

We booked and paid in advance for transfer from Bangalore Airport to our Hotel . Our flight was on time but the driver was not waiting for us with a name card as promised by Viator, nor did they answer the number we had been provided with. On contacting Viator they say they have fully investigated and will not provide a refund. We waited and waited and then had to pay for a taxi - would we have done this if the driver had been there, the answer is no! Book with caution and certainly think about paying in advance as it looks like no refunds are given even when they fail to deliver. We paid £37 to Viator but the taxi we ultimately had to get due to their failure to arrive cost £12 from the airport. It was a safe and simple process - we know who we will use in the future.
