Transfer booked for four adults with four suitcases. However the small car that was waiting for us could not take four cases. Driver wanted us to take two cases on our knees, there was hardly enough room for the three adults in the back so taking cases on our knees was not an option. Waited around for about 75mins before the Driver managed to organise an Uber for two of us. Driver did all he could to help, the fault was with the company that organised the transfer.

APV Hospitality provided excellent service during our 2 week trip through Maharashtra, The Agent was constantly in touch to see if everything was ok, and they accommodated late changes in the itinerary, and were very receptive to feedback and comments. On one occasion, they arranged for some items accidentally left behind in our last hotel to be sent to us, several hundred km away. The driver, guides and vehicle provided were generally all very good indeed,Thanks APV or making our trip a very enjoyable and memorable one
