1) The driver will be at the hotel 5 mins before the start of the tour.

2) Start time of the tour for North Mumbai hotels will vary.

3) If you are staying at the ship at the Mumbai International Cruise Terminal and need a pick-up from outside the ship, there we be additional cost of Rs 1000/- per person. This amount is to be paid in cash to the guide or the driver at the start of the tour.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Super insightful tour this morning with Pooja. I was totally impressed with how organised and friendly Pooja was, we left right on the early time of 5.15am and this was the very best time to head out to see the wholesale markets. So much information was shared on route and my guide was certainly well liked and known by the local people. With Just a few hours I was able to see and to experience what happens each day as the city wakes. In particular the fruit market and the flower market are delightfully vivid to make stops at. I would highly recommend Poocha, she is passionate about all of the people here and clearly very experienced in running tours and takes a keen interest in her clients interests in the city and the world at large.
