Qutub Minar is a tapering tower, which was designed similar to the Minaret of Jam located in Western Afghanistan. The first floor of the tower was built in 12th century. Jawaharlal Nehru’s memorial is located at the northern part of Raj Ghat. It is called as the forest of peace. Adjacent to it, the cremation spot of K R Narayan is located. Our driver, Surendra, was fantastic. We had 3 days in Delhi and he was able to perfectly arrange each day so there was the right balance of relaxation and sightseeing. We saw everything we had wanted to see and much more. Thanks for making our first stop in India so hassle free! Would definitely recommend.
