人生で初めてのヨガ体験を バラナシで行いました。 初めは、9時からの初心者コースで 申し込みを行いましたが、 バラナシの朝日が見れるという アドバイスで、6時からのコースに 急遽前倒しを行いました、 初めてのヨガで、完璧ではない英語に 対して、丁寧かつ真剣にヨガを 教えてもらい、貴重な体験が出来ました。 ヨガに熱中したので、朝日が上る瞬間を 見忘れましたが、それくらいヨガは楽しい時間でした。 また、バラナシにいく際は、 体験したいです。

As I stayed one month in Varanasi I was looking for a yoga teacher and found Ayush. His instructions are very clear with good focus on alignment. I gradually noticed improvements in the body and mind as I regularly practised with him. I’m planning to come back in February and will definitely pick up his classes then again. Highly recommended.
