Ho prenotato con larghissimo anticipo il transfer ad un hotel che nn era nel centro città, il cui indirizzo è stato specificato All atto della prenotazione. Il giorno precedente mi annullano il transfer via wa. Motivazione: hotel non è al centro città. Chiedo info su come avere il rimborso. Sono vaghi. Mi dicono di rivolgermi al sito. Scrivo ma ad oggi non ho avuto rimborso. E non credo che lo avrò mai. Esperienza pessima nonostante le buone recensioni che avevo letto.

My flight got delayed for two hours ! Thankfully the drive was still waiting ! The pick up location was very easy to find ! Very clear instructions
