It wasn’t the tour I had asked for, nor was given the itinerary for - but I went with it and enjoyed seeing Delhi while on a 12 hour layover.
Communication beforehand with Rahul was fast, friendly and easy. I had asked for an old Delhi tour with some of New Delhi if time permitted it - and he put together a really nice itinerary based on my preferences. All within a few days of my arrival and for me, a solo (female) traveler at a good price.
I was picked up on time at the airport by an excellent driver, Gurmeet. Always courteous, and seemed to easily and safely navigate the chaotic traffic so that I always felt safe. He also dropped me off back at the airport perfectly on time. The car was very comfortable with aircon, snacks and water provided.
However the tour that was delivered was their standard New Delhi tour I believe (not old Delhi) so it was completely different from my expectations and provided itinerary. I specifically went with this company because they seemed to accommodate my custom requests. Maybe it was the short time, or because it was a Monday, but I wish it had been communicated more clearly and correctly before I decided to book or at least before my arrival. Make sure you verify this if asking for anything custom, and verify what is included and what isn’t (entrance fees for example).
The guide Narendra was very knowledgable, engaging and spoke English very well. The temples iskcon and the Sikh temple were very interesting to visit. My favourite part was the Qutb complex (unesco world heritage) and my least favourite part was the “textile factory”, where you are basically being sold to every step you take in there. I’m sure there’s some kind of arrangement there but it doesn’t feel pleasant nor even entices to buy so I left as soon as I could there.
It was still an enjoyable day, it just means I have to come back to do the tour I actually wanted to do!

I just had a few hours in New Delhi and could only take a tour in the evening. I discovered this one Delhi evening excursion beginning around 0600. That was fantastic! Lalit, the guide, did an excellent job of describing each landmark. I'm very glad I went on this Delhi trip. I'm sure it's wonderful during the day, but it's amazing at night.
