Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Rooms are generally provided on Twin share basis at each booking. In a booking 03 people provided room on Triple sharing basis by default. If 3 guests prefer 2 rooms they will have to pay an additional charge.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If I could define my trip and the Abyss service in just one word, it would be: PERFECT!
Prior my trip, Abid from Abyss, has promptly reply all my queries and customized my tour according to my needs.
As soon as I arrived in Delhi, the driver handed me over a folder with all my tour details, hotel's vouchers, my return air ticket and also a Indian sim card. The next day, I was presented to my new driver, Som Dutt, he was my driver for the next 3 days. Som was great, always punctual, knowledgeable, and easy going person, I could whatever I want, he didn't mind about dropping me off in some restaurants that I was planning to visit and then picking me up later.
In both Agra and Jaipur there was a tour guide included, they were also great, much better to enjoy such places knowing all the history behind it.
If you are planning to visit India, I definitely recommend Abyss, go and enjoy this incredible Country!

I arrived in Delhi with no plans. A friend said I have a tip for you: give a call to Abdi, so I did. He planned the whole trip right away, just in front of me!
Next morning I had a driver in my hotel lobby the time he promised. And the trip organized.
Now I'm traveling by myself in South India and you can't believe how I miss Sanjay (the driver) waiting for me at the meeting points. You know what? I had a phone but I never had to call him, even at the exit of the monuments or temples, Sanjay was always the were he left us.
Perfectly and high recommended!
I'll call then when in Delhi again, and you should do the same!

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
