After pick up from the hotel, you will proceed towards world UNESCO heritage sites. Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral and Catholic Church of St. Francis of Assisi is the most visited landmarks of Old Goa. The three churches are situated nearby and can be explored on roads. The architecture of these churches is a mix of Catholic and Portuguese. Later you will visit Shree Mangesh temple dedicated to Lord ShivaIt is located at Mangeshi Village in Priol, Ponda taluk, Goa. The Goan architecture of this temple is mesmerizing, also a unique 7 storey octagonal lamp tower known as Deepastambha adds more beauty to the structure. After experiencing the religious side of Goa you will proceed towards the quiet Dona Paula Beach. You can enjoy water sports and can shop for souvenirs. Next location is a bustling area within the capital Panjim, Miramar. Many shacks sell local fashion, jewellery, and food here. The tour ends by dropping the guests off at their hotel/meeting point in the evening.

    A beautiful mix of Hindu, Christian and Muslim architecture can only be seen here. Shri Mangesh temple is located at Mangeshi Village and is one of the largest and most frequently visited temples in Goa. It was earlier located at Kushasthali (Cortalim) but a number of Hindu temples were destroyed in Goa during the Portuguese Inquisition. So, the devotees of God Manguesh removed the Shiva linga from there to the current location in the middle of the night.

Our guide Riyas was very informative and helpful. Felt we got a good mixture of sights of Cochin. We were greeted with a flower Lei and a big smile. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Not a private city tour, it’s just a very expensive taxi ride. No tour guide, just the driver and car. The driver was more keen on deciding drop off time since the start of the trip. Lol. We did not want to do extra paid activities so may be the driver was disinterested. Also the driver used his mobile in hand while driving which was a bit scary for my family. Anyway, I do not recommend this for a private city tour at all. Waste of money. Better cost effective options available.
