I booked this tour living in USA. Mr.Manoj was very easy to communicate and explained meticulously the various services the company can offer and also helped me customize the tour. I received the driver's phone number on time and Mr.Manoj took care of all the communication with the driver. The driver Mr. Arjun Pal was on time (not even a minute late) to pick us up at 2 AM and we reached Agra on time for the sun rise. Mr. Arjun Pal is extremely co-operative and easy. I would highly recommend this and will use their service again when I am in Delhi.

I'm writing on behalf of my parents.This is really a fascinating experience for them. Especially the way they received , the way they explained the things over there....even having a language barrier, my parents never felt any sort of discomfort. The travel agent is very helpful in answering all our queries at everytime. Special mention about the driver ....morethan a driver he was a guide and mentor for my parents....!I know it's a proper teamwork.... otherwise it wouldn't have been possible to run the travel agency in such a systematic manner...! One small suggestion is that try to arrange a fixed guide for one package
