First we have booked by giving huge amt of money .secondly no no tickets were provided to us.we have to wait in que for getting online tickets . Guide was good. I think it should be more streamlined for enjoyful exp like seperate que ,parking ,some gift to travellers (hat or chain anything) Guide can wear logo t shirts

Most of process was smooth and the travel guide explained about the historical monument with expertise. Had a good experience and i will recommend it to my friends, also
