This tour was a disaster they did arrive at my hotel collection point and did not contact me I finally heard from my hotel at the end of the day someone had come at 11:45 - the collection time was 9:09am I had to organise an alternative tour myself I have not been refunded my payment or heard back from the company I think Trip Advisor should not use this tour group and tell anyone thinking if using them DO NOT

1. The person of contact/liaison Mr. Sanjeev Solomon (Agra) was very professional, courteous and efficient. He contacted with us a day before the tour, and connected us to the local tour guide. 2. The local tour guide Mr. Naved Zia was a wonderful revelation! He is a retd. UP State Tourism Dept exployee and now a licensed tour guide. He is a very experienced guide & knows his subject very well. His commentary was very balanced and precisely tuned to the target audience. He sized us up quickly, knew exactly what kind of additional places to take us to and what aspects we might be interested in. He was very grounded & down to earth; extremely courteous and professional; yet a fun and lively person to tour with! His commentary and presence made our tour memorable. He deserves all the appreciation. I wish we got more time with him. 3. The driver Mr. Vijay too was very neat, polite and professional. I really appreciate that they were very punctual. 4. Suggestions/Areas for improvement: a The one-day tour was expensive for us two people (Rs.6400/-). Definitely pricey. b. We were billed for a sedan car but were given a compact.
