Great service provided throughout my family trip in Batam. The boss Budi can communicate well in English via WhatsApp. The driver Mr. BG Rakhman is friendly and pro-active in helping us to take photo during the trip. Though his English is not too well spoken, but is still ok to communicate in simple English. Just be ready to use Google Translate if you need to tell him more about your requirement. Overall is great experience with them. Cost is reasonable as well.
