What a wonderful day.
After the hotel pickup, we started at a market where our guide, Joy, showed us some of the ingredients we would be cooking with.
A short shuttle bus to their school site and we were welcomed again by Joy. The site was beautiful with organically grown fruit, rice, and herbs. Also we met Katie the chickens... who provide the eggs!
Joy and her team guided us through the days cooking and the meals were lovely. The ingredients were all measured out so we were able to focus on the techniques.
It was a very enjoyable day with amazing scenery and great food.
I'm now off for a post food coma nap.
