Most memorable experience in Barcelona! Our group chose to have Chef Kako demonstrate and cook for us like a “Masterclass.” It was by far my favorite paella of the trip. 10/10.

De kookcursus liep anders dan verwacht. In plaats van dat iedereen de gelegenheid kreeg om zij of haar eigen paella te maken, moesten we met de gehele groep een paella pan maken. Helaas mochten we hier niet veel meer doen dan wat groentes snijden en roeren in de pan. De versmarkt viel ook wat tegen. Korte rondleiding van 10 minuten en niet de verse ingrediënten gehaald voor de paella wat wel de verwachting was. Verder wel een aardige vrouw die de kookcursus gaf en een schone ruime keuken.
