the hotel had no idea that we were coming. Viator you need communicate with the venue. After an hour wait, the hotel did put together a nice tasting. My cc was charged the day before.

Sent message. No response. Walked to hotel for tour. Closed. No one available to give refunds. Waste of money. Don’t go.
