Brutal way to visit the sites
Bus only comes once per hour
Tours are separate and not coordinated with bus so have to wait a long time to get the bus to next stop
Can only catch bus at one location in town of kilarney
So inconvenient
We unfortunately had a gale on the day we booked the hop on bus and all sites were cancelled after our first stop at Ross castle
Viator did not refund and had asked that I contact provider for refund ..:good luck with that esp when on holiday and travelling to different cities

Awful customer service!! Outside of our control the city bus was very late in arriving to Killarney. Upon realizing this (we wouldn't even have enough time to go from one spot to another) i requested a refund having just purchased an hour or two prior. I was aware it said no refunds, but considering it was purchased so quickly from when I requested the refund (for 8 people mind you) you can tell I had a legitimate excuse. It wasn't like I paid days in advance and bailed. I would expect better customer service especially when it is not just a paltry amount that I am out for experiencing nothing.
