Very efficient and Carolina our driver was very nice. The car was comfortable, safe, and provided an overall wonderful ride. Carolina offered us water and was accommodating to our needs.

The Shannon Airport is busy without feeling crowded. There is a historical timeline of images (text is a little small at times to read) as well as a model train and plane area to help pass the time. I especially appreciated that there was a store with normally-priced food and beverages. The cleaning staff ensured that the bathrooms were in great shape. The water bottle filling station was great as well.
