iSimangaliso Wetland Park, Full Day Tour

One of the best customer delight experiences I've had in any country!!! If you haven't enjoyed a safari because of the cost, then you really need to reconsider incredible packages with Heritage Day Tours and Safari, that doesn't short change you on your accommodations, food, or incredible adventures. Bev, the office manageress, answered all my questions via email so I could make the best choice. She also made terrific suggestions, and took incredible care of me and even sent details of lovely accommodations and my specific menu through emails. I felt very comfortable before I arrived. I selected the three day package and saw more species in larger numbers than the fancy, expensive safari I took later in a different location.Also the animals looked extremely healthy. If you only have limited time, at least do the full day safari at Isimangoliso. Why? Because this incredibly beautiful wetland reserve has wide open spaces where you can see more animals. More time will let you enjoy the beautiful Hluhluwe Imfolozi and really you should include that too! Pick up at my hotel were punctual, guides extremely well trained and friendly, and vehicles were comfortable. I didn't want to leave. Oh, I would be remiss in stating how active the hippos are, depends on breeding season, and an influx of grasses along the lake shore prevented seeing crocodiles. But the boat trips are still lovely and you see other animals. I hope to return to this quaint town, lovely people, and more safari adventures.

Had a great day with Jabu! The snorkelling was a lot of fun and the lunch was great aswel. Would definitely recommend booking here to visit the beautiful iSimangolisa park!

Our guide Zane was so knowledgeable.From every sound we heard he could tell what bird or animal it was. He interacted with the guests showing us all he could.l, from dung beetles,praying mantis spiders and knowing how to respect and understand the animals behaviours afforded us some real magic close ups. Stoping for lunch at cape vidal and going for a Snorkel enjoying the beach then safari trip back ....amazing ... The experience is amazing and heritage tours will do their best to accomodate your needs. Very professional with a world of knowledge.
