During the day of the tour, and the night before the island of Holbox lost power. The individual who contacted us didn't provide a time or a place to meet so we were unable to meet up with them. And with our phones dead and the island without power, we could not meet up. Instead of being understanding the individual who was talking to us kept our money and provided no resolution or option to reschedule or receive a credit. It's a scam.

Our family had a wonderful time on this causal three location tour. We particularly enjoyed our time at the Yalahau cenote. Our boat captain was polite and professional. We booked this tour last minute. Pick up was on time and communication was top notch.
