Our tours start with an open ocean ride where you have a 15 minutes “FREEDOM RIDE” in a big open area. From there, we start our Jetski / Waverunner Tour by touring the following: World Famous Islamorada Sandbar Under the Whale Harbor Bridge MANGROVE TUNNELS Another 15 – 20 minute “FREEDOM RIDE” and a “DIP” (swim) on the calm water of the Gulf Side (Bay Side) where you will be surrounded by Mangroves Bud N’ Mary’s Marina Islamorada Coastline (ocean side) Long relaxing ride back to the marina Please note: Due to riding ability and water/weather conditions Tour might be adjusted.

We booked a jet skis for the mangrove tunnel tour and snorkeling package. Our guide was Luciana. As soon as we started out I noticed that my jet ski wasn't working correctly and experienced problems - slow, loud (turns out it was clogged with seaweed). The guide didn't check that we were behind her kept going leaving myself and my two kids (on the second jet skit) sitting in the ocean as she drove out of sight under a bridge. It was a good 10 minutes before she realized and I was getting out my phone to call the rental company to have them come get us. She came back and was mute.... we switched jet skis, went under the bridge and then she pulled over and fixed the broken jet ski and told us we had to wait because the jet ski that the kids were on was taking on water. So..... we are in the ocean with two out of 3 jet skis not working right. The second guide arrived with a new jet ski and took over. Janelle was shocked at what was going on and tried her best to make the trip enjoyable. It turns out that the first guide had skipped the mangrove tunnel and other sights.... It was a disaster and we just wanted to go back. Moral of the story.... it all depends on whether you get a working jet ski and a tour guide that knows what is going on!!!!!

Lucia was so friendly and made sure everyone was safe and having fun. Although we got started a little late due to other guests, we were able to make up the time at the end of our trip. This is the second time we have used this watersports company and we've had a great experience both times.

Well organized. Epic trip. Loved zooming on the waverunner in the bays. Hit 45mph! Mangrove canals & sanbar were fun
