Booked a walking tour with this provider for Feb 20th with a few days in advance, just to find out a day later that the provider had cancelled our reservation without explanation. Went back to the provider’s page thinking it might have been a glitch - sure enough Feb 20th was still showing as available on their calendar. Booked the same tour/date again, got confirmation from Tripadvisor, but a day later the same thing happened - the tour provider just cancelled my booking without explanation. This was literally a day or two before the expected tour day so that messed up our plans in Jerusalem quite a bit. In our case, the customer communication and service by this provider were nonexistent and we just got brushed off twice like we were a mere inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Vivian was our guide to the old city of Jerusalem. She was informative and knowledgeable. She aimed her detailed commentary at our level presenting facts , conjecture, controversies and contemporary politics in a detailed, balanced way.
