    We were cheated. Hotel that should have provided food ( for which we were charged ) did NOT even serve food! We were NOT met at the airport for transport to hotel. Itinerary was changed!

    This tour was a package or bundle of tours organized by an intermediary called booking-tours.com. I want to be fair and say that the individual tours were very good. However the coordination of the tours and the hotel bookings were a disaster. The lack of communication, coordination caused a great deal of anxiety on this trip. On over 50% of the tours the information was incorrect, the dates were wrong, the tours did not include my name on the list and a significant amount of negotiation was required by myself directly with the day tour provider. On one occasion the hotel booked for me was so unacceptable that I checked out and booked myself into another hotel in Jordan for two days. I would never do this or recommend this package. And I feel very strongly that Viator should screen these coordinating groups more closely before they allow these bundled tours to go forward.
