This company has to grow a lot, late pick up, no English taxi driver, rushed in the places and specially dead sea, I don't recommend it

The trip was canceled due to weather conditions. I waited a few hours to find out what happened.
I understood the reason, but was very disappointed. This would have been the souveneir of my trip.
I am an elderly person and it is unlikely that I can come back in the near future to do the tour.

the guide was in the wrong place from the instructions. Then without warning the trip I paid for wasn't taking place that day. I was substituted with a comparable trip. then because of weather conditions it wasn't possible to see the remainder of the program. the guide did fine substituting alternatives destinations. however after lunch the bus broke down and no replacement was forthcoming for 3 hours. if some clear explanations had been offered it would have made the delay much more bearable.
