    We explore Ramallah, the modern, vibrant, cultural capital of the West Bank, where we’ll walk through the city and visit Arafat’s Tomb, before moving on to the city of Jesus’s birth, Bethlehem.

  • Jericho Tourist Information Center, Jericho, Palestinian Territories
    The tour visits Jericho, the oldest city in the world and beginning of civilization. As well as the historical sites, we will have the opportunity to view the Mount of Temptation from below, where the biblical story of the defeat of the Devil took place.

  • Qasr al-Yahud Baptismal Site, Jerusalem, Israel
    The tour heads to Qasr-el-Yahud, the ancient baptism site of Jesus on the banks of the Jordan River.

    The final stop is Bethlehem, where we will visit holy sites of the city, including the Church of Nativity; walk through the Old City with its colorful market; and walk alongside the separation barrier that cuts through the city and see the colourful contributions made by famous graffiti artist, Banksy. Finally, we head back to Jerusalem with a day of memories that will not be soon forgotten.

Excellent tour. Very well organised and felt secure. Great guide whose name I am afrad I did not get (tour 1 April 2022) made sure everything went smoothly, knowedgeable about the sites we saw and explained the Palestinian perspective persuasively. Excellent lunch and not too long in the inevitable souvenir shop. Packed a lot into the day but it did not feel rushed: Ramallah, Jericho, River Jordan, Bethlehem, The Wall. The drive alone was fascinating. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Jerusalem or Tel Aviv,

tour di un giorno in cisgiordania, partito da Gerusalemme, il tour anche se in modalità "toccata e fuga" offre la possibilità di visitare luoghi importanti, prima tappa ramallah...qui unica nota dolente della visita, appena arrivati in città la guida ha proposto...una "colazione a tutti i partecipanti", (caffe, brioche, pizza, caffe espresso ecc ecc), sinceramente questa proposta mi ha lasciato molto perplesso, non era niente di tipico, solo una gran perdita di tempo. Ma il resto, tomba di Arafat, Gerico e il monte delle Tentazioni, Betlemme e la chiesa natività, il fiume Giordano sono state visite meravigliose. Soprattutto la visita al muro di separazione, qui la guida assolutamente professionale per l'intera giornata, mi ha regalato qualcosa di raro...qualcosa di personale, descrivendo con parole semplici la reale situazione in palestina....questo ha reso il tutto indimenticabile.

I was looking forward to this trip and unfortunately, it was cancelled at the last minute. My timeline in Israel was tight and I had no room to rescheduled the missed experiences that were included in the West Bank tour. My once in a lifetime trip was seriously diminished as a result. Abraham Tours refused to refund the amount that I paid for this trip blaming it on fluxating exchange rates. Keep in mind, they advertise costs in USD. Bottom line, I paid a specific amount in USD and then received less than that amount as a refund. They refused to make up the difference. That is a shame that customer satisfaction is not a top priority for them and that they would rather squabble over what turned out to be not a lot of money. It more the principal of the matter than the actual costs. Buyer beware!
