There was some confusion with the pick up. We requested for a 10AM pick up and got confirmation for a 1030 AM pick up from our hotel. Since we had given flight information, we assumed that the change was made by the operator taking into consideration, traffic at that time of the day. Accordingly, we planned to leave at 1030 and was pleasantly surprised when we were informed while we were eating breakfast that the driver has already reached. With the help of hotel staff, we conveyed to the driver that his ops manager had confirmed 1030 and he waited till we were ready. Rest of the transfer went fine, we hit some bad traffic and reached IST only around Noon.

They don’t hold a name card for you to see them. You had to ask around to find them. We waited about 30 minutes for the vehicle to come.
