Our tour was cancelled due to unpredictable weather. It would have been nice to just receive a phone call instead of getting up at 4:30am to meet the van outside of our hotel room just to be told that the tour was cancelled

One of the best moments of my life !! Truly a connection with the universe !! Company was punctual and very professional!! Totally recommend it !! They even called me to anticipate a day because of wheater likely conditions (which some people might told me they just wanted to fill up the gaps ) however next day people from my hotel said that their experience was frustrating because they could only go up and down with balloon and it happened cause of the weather . I liked the honesty at the end .
