  • Please note that we do not have an assistant service for airport transfers. The driver will drop you off at the entrance gate of İstanbul airport. Please go to the check-in desk according to the instructions the provider will share in advance. When you arrive at the destination airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
  • Hot Air Balloon Flight is not included in the package. Please inform the provider when they contact you for a reservation. Prices may vary depending on season and density. The provider will book the spot for you in advance. Payment can be made in Cappadocia. Optimum weather conditions are needed for a hot air balloon flight. All flights can be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority. In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, you will receive a full refund
  • Entrance fees are excluded (Your guide will have skıp-the-line tıckets to historical sites, so you will skip long ticket lines)

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was little upset because hot air balloon was cancelled. This is one of my dream to fly hot air balloon in Cappadocia. However luckily we had a great tour leader. Despite being so tired on first day Enjoyed the rest of our tour in Cappadocia. Love great scenery and landscapes

Cappadocia is a must for who comes to Turkey. The agency was great from the beginning to the end. We had many problems due weather, heavy show. But they helped us all the time to solve the problems. Also, all the tours were amazing and very worth the price. The cave hotel is an experience apart. We couldn't be happier with the place chosen by the agency. Everyone was kind and very receptive with us. We want to come back next time during spring, to enjoy more of this magical place. Thank you so much for all the help and we truly recommend Tour Altinkum for everyone that wants to make this trip and have the guaranteed to have the best in a budget price.
