Emel is very well informed, patient with her clients. She goes out of her way to ensure safety and satisfaction of all the tour's group members. The information she gives is excellentEspecially TopKapi history and the culture at the Ottoman Sultan Eperors time and era. Her vocabulary and clarity of speech is excellent. Our tour with Amel was very well organized and planned. Her fluency and proficiency in English made communication flow easily . Along with that she was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with extensive amount of information on the topics concerned with clarity, enthusiasm and kept us engaged throughout the day. She was flexible with her services, adjusting the day’s activities according to our convenience. Her welcoming and friendly nature along with her tint of humor brought an atmosphere of comfort which further bettered our experience.
