You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Excellent service, very responsive and on time! Even showed up early. Highly recommend this transportation service. And the ride was super nice too in a comfortable vehicle.

Wonderful service, friendly, prompt, excellent communication. The car was wonderful and spacious. The drivers were professional and helpful. We asked for a car seat which was provided - safe and clean.
We will use again in a few weeks.

Passengers highly rated the service, which was punctual and efficient. The passengers only complained about the transfer driver who received them upon arrival because he did not communicate (speak).
The passageiros validated the service that was prompt and efficient. The passengers are queixaram only from the transfer agent who received you at check-in by him and were not communicated (conversed).
