This was the worst experience! This is not a private airport transfer, it is something else all together. Long wait times, disorganised and void of customer service. Nobody meets you with your name on a sign. This is more like taking public transport than a private car. Zero assistance from Viator, they are obviously not a consumer advocate! Terrible on all levels! I won’t be using Viator again and have deleted their app, too many better options which value customer service.
