Chegamos ao aeroporto de Istambul no horário marcado. Na saída do desembarque tivemos dificuldade para identificar o representante da empresa pois não havia nenhum identificação (placa) com nosso nome ou sobrenome. Depois de muita procura identificamos o representante da empresa, que estava lá, entretanto apresentava apena uma identificação (placa) com o nome da empresa. Nos apresentamos e seguimos para o lado de fora do aeroporto junto com o representante da empresa (pessoal educada e atenciosa). Ficamos do lado de fora do aeroporto aguardando a van (transporte) que demorou mais de 30 (trinta) ,minutos pra chegar.

Terrible service from Neon traveling service with no one showed up at airport at all. We tried to wait about 40 mins and call the phone number they provided several times . No one answered phone call since it was on Sunday. Sadly we called taxi to hotel. About 2 hours 15 mins after they supposed to show up, the tour company called me for check up. What can I do ? I requested full refund upon the phone. Hopefully Neon traveling service can handle that smoothly
