We were collected from our hotel on time but sat for over 2 hours in the pick up vehicle because the driver did not know where to link up with others on the tour. This was supposed to be a private tour of no more than 15 people but we were eventually dumped on a coach with 30 people and again sat for hours waiting to get to the first stop. The boat trip did not start until 5.00 pm and then we again were waiting for a coach to take us back home. Eventually we gave up and caught the metro back to Taksim square arriving back at 7.30 pm No one has contacted us to explain what went wrong and no partial refund has been offered

The tour leader was too lazy to explain about Piere Loti and about historical building along the Bosphorus Cruise.

The tour was wonderful. It covered so many places. Landmarks are more beautiful to see from the sea. Taking the boat tour was a good idea. The guide and driver were very kind and respectful.
