In haste, I made a big mistake in the booking which was pointed out to me by Deniz and rebooked immediately. She sent a video via WhatsApp of the meeting point after Baggage Claim that led us straight to their representative outside who called the driver who was there in about 15 minutes even though our flight was over an hour late in arriving and passport control took about forty minutes to get through. The limo was comfortable and our driver, Fatima, was excellent.. The price was right on par with taxis. I would definitely use them again.

Details to area where we would be picked up from were quite clear. We only waited about 5mins until the driver arrived. Driver took us to our hotel safely.
