Great experience! The house is cozy and warm, and Giulia – the hostess – was hospitable and caring. The aperitif was great and the cooking class, focused on tagliatelle and culurgiones, was explained in a clear and practical way, with the possibility to get your hands on pasta right away. I highly recommend this experience to those who want to learn while having fun

Wir hatten heute einen fantastischen Kochkurs in Cagliari bei Giulia – und möchten ihn wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Schon beim herzlichen Empfang in ihrer Wohnung, gemeinsam mit ihrer kleinen Familie, fühlten wir uns sofort wie Zuhause. Giulia ist eine unglaublich sympathische, passionierte Köchin mit einem reichen Fundus an Tricks und Tipps, die sie freigiebig teilt. Wir haben nicht nur die besten Culurgiones gelernt (eine sardische Spezialität, die bei ihr auf Deutsch unterrichtet wird – eine echte Seltenheit!), sondern auch viel gelacht und Freude am Kochen gespürt. Ihre herzliche Art, ihre Professionalität und ihr Engagement haben uns tief beeindruckt. Sie vermittelt nicht nur Rezepte, sondern eine echte Leidenschaft fürs Kochen und für Sardinien. Wir wünschen Giulia von ganzem Herzen weiterhin viel Erfolg – beruflich und privat – und hoffen, dass viele, viele Menschen diesen Kurs buchen und so eine unvergessliche Zeit erleben! A si biri!

Super Kochkurs! Giulia ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns alles super erklärt! Die Rezepte haben wir auch bekommen und können so alles zuhause nachmachen! Das Essen war alles so so lecker! Bring Hunger mit und Spaß! Vorkenntnisse braucht man keine!
