  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
  • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or alternative tour
  • Your tour operator will collect the Mt. Vesuvius entrance fee on board the bus in order to secure your skip the line tickets from the ticket office "guide's counter"
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Both driver & guide spoke good English. Pick up was prompt & as stated in the guidance & messages which were very quickly responded. On pick up we were left in Pompeii for over an hour waiting for a party that were visiting the attraction. After 75 mins we were then driven to a restaurant half way up Vesuvius for wine tasting before a walk up the volcano….slightly inappropriate! When we reached the top of Vesuvius we had been promised in the booking a volcanist as a guide…there was no guide supplied which was disappointing. Would not recommend the tour if you want the tour as described in the advertisement.

This booking is a scam and a total ripoff. It clearly says a standard tour at 12:00pm (noon). However, I received a call at 10:40am the day of the tour by a rude lady that said I am late and will be counted as a “no-show” AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED BOOKING ADVERTISED!! 140€ gone due to poor planning and communication on their part! Do NOT book with this company.

ホテルでピックアップ後、12時にポンペイ駐車場で他参加者と合流してベスビオ火山へ向かいます。 ワインの試飲はあまり期待していませんでしたがパーフェクトでした。赤、白、ロゼをサラミとチーズで味わい、パスタとデザートも付いて大満足です。 これから登山と言う事を忘れてくだを巻くところでした。 登山は火口を一周出来ず、ピストンコースなのが少し残念ですが、景色は一生の思い出になりました。 トイレの問題はここに限らずイタリア全体の課題ですね。
