City sightseeing of Naples, the foremost city and cultural melting pot of South Italy. Starting from the seafront from which opens a sparkling sight of the whole bay and the majestic castles of Castel Nuovo (Maschio Angioino) and Castel dell’Ovo, the tour will continue towards the opulent monumental district enclosing Plebiscito square, Royal Palace, San Carlo Theater and Galleria Umberto I. Here you will have some time for a stroll on your own. The tour ends at the historical center where you will enjoy a tasty pizza dinner (including a soft drink). After dinner, the driver will bring you back to your hotel / pick-up location. Your driver will meet you by the nearest pick-up point to your accommodation between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm (see timetable) and this tour will last approximately 3 hours in total. Terrible experience. The tour guide had no idea of the work at all. Only 1.5 hours instead of 4. Bad!

先日参加しましたが、ウェブサイトに記載の内容と実際に大きな差があり、かなり不満が残りました。具体的にはウェブには数ヵ所の立ち寄り場所の記載がありますが、基本的には全く寄って貰えず、車窓だけです。途中ガイドに言って、ウンベルト一世のガレリアで降ろしてもらいましたが、この時の20分と、夜景二ヶ所及びレストラン以外は全て車内でした。ガイド曰く3時間のツアーで、渋滞もあるからというのが理由のようでしたが、そもそも4時間のツアーですし、交通事情により変更があるとも聞いていません。また、英語ガイドということでしたが、ほぼイタリア語？で、何を言っているのかほとんどわかりませんでした。私の語学力の問題もあるとは思いますが、ホテルやその他の場所ではここまでわからないことは無かったのですが…個人で回るのは大変なこともあるので、当ツアーの活用の余地はあると思いますが、事前に内容をよく確認されると良いと思います。ただ、問い合わせ先も英語対応先は不親切ですので、日本の問い合わせ先に電話されることをおすすめします。
