Had high hopes, but sadly this tour did not deliver… this is touted as an English only tour but when u add a second language couple everything takes longer than expected. When we were 2.5 hours into the tour and had moved very little, we decided to depart. Waiting for everything to be explained in 2 languages caused this to be untenable. The couple that did not speak English should have been disallowed as this hampered the tour for all others. Our guide actually said she was sorry for having to do this, but continued to regardless. Terrible experience for the lack of managing the situation.

Underground ruins were very well preserved and interesting. The shopping Galleria was also amazing. Seeing so many sights in a short time frame was efficient and helpful. Also the guide offered a few insights into Italian culture.

We enjoyed the history of Naples provided by the tour guide. Some views of the historic buildings were not very complimentary but others were great. Lots of people in Naples on the streets very congested walking at certain points of the tour. The ruins were very interesting. Need to watch your step in side so not to twist an ankle. Only negative part of the tour was that our guide left us at the ruins and gave directions to get back to the Neptune fountain. Took us awhile to figure our way home using Google maps.
