Wow! Spectacular day! Our driver, Fulvio, was on time and made the very busy traffic melt away as he wisked us to Sorrento for shopping and scenic vistas. We then stopped to overlook Positano before turning back for Pompeii. Stopped at a wonderful restaurant near the entrance to the archeological site for the best Pizza and then our visit to the ruins. Unfortunately the weather got the best of us at about 40C, so we only lasted about 2 hours. Fulvio was there to meet us within a few minutes and then returned us to the cruise terminal. A day I will remember for a long time!! Grazie!!
