Driver was there waiting for us at the train station when we arrived, which was great. The only downside is that 3 hours was not enough time for us - we needed to grab something to eat in Pompeii when we arrived as it was lunchtime and there wasn't food on the train. After that we had only 2 hours and a bit to see the site, as they are VERY strict about sticking to the 3 hour stop limit in Pompeii. If you think you would like more time to see the site then I would recommend a separate day trip instead.
