The whole process from booking to instructions before hand (WhatsApp) to finding the driver and then the trip down and finally the drop off was very efficient. And price was good as well. Thank you.

We DID get picked up and dropped off as promised, so there is that. However, although we kept getting text reminders that we would be met inside the Naples railway station, that same day, just 5 minutes before the pick up time, we got a phone call. The woman said to leave the station, cross the street, walk to the hotel and meet the driver with a black van. He was there. He showed us a piece of paper with our name on it and that was all the interaction we had: no greeting even! Then, he made and accepted several phone calls during the ride to Sorrento (with highway traffic and then narrow, curvy roads!). And, with no explanation or apology, he stopped on the side of the road where a man was waiting to hand over an envelope and have a few minutes' chat. We thought the service provided was not professional.
