My 3rd trip to Italy. Travelled alone, but meeting my group tomorrow. My plane was late so I had to wait 45 min for him to come back. I only wish the driver was more communicative, but maybe he didn’t speak English. Felt a bit awkward, but hey, he got me right to the front door of my hotel, do it’s all good!

Viator, hands down, is the Best! There is absolutely nothing or no one better to greet you at the airport. I also heard this from fellow travelers. My first choice from this day forward will be to select Viator if my travels require services they provide.

Driver was late picking me up at the airport, expected someone to be waiting for me with a sign as stated in booking. He never said one single word to me, from pick up, to hotel.
