Met with Luca outside the terminal and would like to say we were grateful for the clear instructions as to where to meet. We went on to see Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii and still get back to the shop with plenty of time left. Luca was very fun, responsive and clear with instructions. Our driver, Daniel brought us to these amazing places and back to ship safely. Never felt in danger with his driving skills. This trip is very well spent on terms to time and money. Would be back here again and will stay for longer next time. Thank you!

We were a bus of 27 so not too many. We had limited time due to traffic. There were so many people in Florence and we paid for the walking tour but it was more of a self guided tour. We had some free time but really wanted more guided. We were late getting out of Florence. By the time we got to Pisa I could either wait in line for bathroom or climb Pisa. Well I missed Pisa. The whole thing seemed unorganized.

I realized from reading the description that the bus trip itself would be a transfer only. The guide did provide a very detailed description of possible places to visit which was nice. I didn't realize the walking part waa just that a walk between different sites with no narrative. There was no history shared or stories. I would have not paid extra for that if I had known. Just do the transfer and skip the walk. Florence waa veery disappointing for us and I think that waa because of lack of real tour.n
