Muy mal organizado. No cumplieron con el programa y fue un caos total. La guía no nos daba explicaciones de los retrasos, no guiaba en los puertos de Positano y Amalfi que estaban atestados de gente y era imposible saber cuándo (había retrasos) nos embarcaban. No hubo tiempo para visitar Positano. Una experiencia nefasta y cara que no aconsejo a nadie.

This tour company should be ashamed of themselves… communication was zero. We travel quite a bit and have been on numerous tours. Supposed to get an email within 24 hrs of booking… we needed to call the night before to find out where the pick up would be. Completely disorganized, hurry up and wait. We waited around from 830 am to 940am for the boat to arrive. We get on the smallest boat with only a few seats inside. It was completely packed. Sat outside in the only available seat along the edge with a puddle on it. Completely drenched before we even started. It was raining within 10 minutes of leaving the dock. Im certainly not blaming the weather on them. However, i will blame the lack of seating inside on a wet cold day on them. Again lack of planning? By the time we get to Amalfi we are completed soaked and bone cold. Told to meet back at dock at 220pm. Got there by 205pm to make dure we got a seat. Told at 240pm that the last part of our day was canceled (our trip to Positiano)To come back at 3pm. Why??? I ask. The dock in Positiano is closed. I had literally seen 3 other boats leave for Positiano in that time. I’m calling B***it! When questioned they say their boat is to small. Why didnt they let anyone know so we could enjoy more time in Amalfi? Because they really fo not care as they were already paid. Basically we paid quadruple the amt for the worst ferry trip ever. Run far far away from this tour group. They wasted a complete day of our limited time on the amalfi coast.

La guía yel chófer que nos recogió bien. La organización en los embarques y desembarque inexistente. El viaje en barco bien pero imposible disfrutar de Amalfi y Positano. Los miles de turistas italianos cada cm de suelo. Agobiante
