Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

When I booked the trip. I had six people with me including two small children and two elderly people. The car was never booked nor did it ever show up.I had to send a double to take an actual Taxi for the transfer. This was a horrible experience. And I will let as many people as possible not to use this application.

The driver was on time picking us up, he navigated the crazy Italian traffic, and brought us safely to our hotel in Rome. His van was clean and he was friendly.

We had a wonderful driver and the trip was great. A fast and easy way to get from Sorrento to Rome. The driver even stopped at Pompeii.
